Since our items are 100% handcrafted, minor variations from the original reference may occur, which adds to the unique charm of pixel art.
Pricing and Payment

Pricing for custom items varies based on complexity, size, and material requirements. Final prices will be quoted directly via WhatsApp. Payments must be completed before production begins.
Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., if a requested design violates copyright laws or contains inappropriate content). In such cases, any pre-paid amounts will be fully refunded.
